Scanning: HOW TO SEND / DELIVER YOUR ITEMS TO BE SCANNED
For Personal Delivery
WHERE ARE WE?
Any items to be scanned can either be shipped to us or personally delivered to our facility in Irvine, CA.

RECEIVING HOURS
All objects, pieces of art, and other items for scanning can be delivered to our facility between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can call us at 949-458-6000 to schedule off hours receiving for larger scanning projects.
For Shipping
FOR FINE ART, it is recommended that you ship your art to ArtdeSoul using an Airfloat Strongbox. The Airfloat Strongbox provides a secure and safe method of transportation.
FOR EXPENSIVE ART, please contact us at service@ArtdeSoul.com to discuss the safest method of transport.
We highly suggest you use a professional shipping facility such as:
- The UPS Store
- Mail Boxes Etc.
- The Postal Annex
- and other related businesses.
To ship anything to us, please fill out this form first and include one copy of the paperwork in EVERY package being shipped to us.

Once We Receive It
Once the art has been received, it is barcoded for tracking so that you know exactly when it is received. You can view the form you filled out which provides you with updates. Once it has been received, we will provide you with an exact quote for scanning services. The quote will also be uploaded to your folder.
The price will have options for scanning (which includes uploading the digital image to your folder, and mailing you a digital copy), shipping price for the return of your art, and any other requests you may have of made. Once you authorize the charges and provide payment, then the work will be completed.
