ArtdeSoul came into being when a group of artists, visionaries, and entrepreneurs got together to create a new paradigm for -- how art is created --- how the artist is rewarded --- how the artist and consumer can share and connect regarding the art --- and how the consumer is presented with fine art that is fairly priced and produced in any manner they desire.

ArtdeSoul exists so that all artists, regardless of status, location, or access to money, can have a place to begin sharing their art with the world and potentially earn an income from it. ArtdeSoul also provides the following:

• Information and programs about the power of healing art
• A community that offers the opportunity for artists, throughout the world, to share their art on a global format
• To provide those artists in economically challenged locations a venue to sell, create, and distribute their art, reducing or eliminating their reliance on charity and providing opportunities to become self-sufficient.
• To create, for the first time, a platform that provides artists the opportunity to have representation, production, and distribution all done in one place, while earning a residual income.

Our Intentions

Why is ART Important?

Art is a vital way of sharing a novel form of language, spoken from the core soul or spark of one being to another. The artist translates interpreted information, gathered from all the senses, into a desire to speak that unique language to the world. The artist is the creative specialist of vision, invention and expression within society. All of this is the catalyst for the voice of unique expression represented by paintings, drawings, books, music, visual technology, clothing, jewelry, sculpture, and more.

Art provides an expansion of understanding for the soul on a multitude of levels; it enhances life in every way imaginable. Daily life is more vibrant when we have the opportunity of taking a moment to appreciate art in the many ways it is manifested. For those moments, our concerns, worries, and stress leave us and we are allowed to experience moments of joy. Art is healing tool. It has been proven conclusively that art has healing properties and is being used in hospitals and healing facilities throughout the world.

From the Artist's Perspective

The foundation of this business is with the intent of providing artists with a site to distribute their art and have it reproduced in ways that have not previously been available to them. We provide artists with the potential for complete representation, production and fulfillment - ArtdeSoul is a business which acts on the artist's behalf. The intention of this relationship is for the artists to have the opportunity to create art and earn a residual income from it, which hopefully will help in eliminating the idea of the "starving" artist.

Sharing of Creativity

The Online Art Community we are establishing is another first of its kind, anywhere, that allows creators of all types to have a method to share, reproduce, and sell their creations to a world wide audience. When an image, a piece of art, regardless of shape or size is created, it is sent or delivered to our facility in Irvine. It is then placed on the Cruse scanner and a high resolution digital image is created. This can be done with most anything from paintings, ceramics, sculptures, woodworking items, memorabilia of any type, even human bodies. Once the image is created, the image is returned to the creator and then the image is uploaded to the website in a private folder.

The image is then available for the creator to use as they desire. Should they desire to make their folder and images available to the public, the public can then view any of the images and if they see something they like, they can either contact the artist about the image directly or they can have the image reproduced. It can be reproduced, by clicking a button, in either a Giclee, poster, or t-shirt format, with other formats to be coming soon. The creator of the image is then provided with a royalty for use of the image if purchases are made using the image.

Technology

Use of the worlds best technology - From our scanners to printers, we have created equipment and technology that allows us to assist creators in any format to reproduce their art with a level of quality that has never been realized before, therefore, providing an opportunity to purchase art-reproductions at levels of quality that have never been available before. The Cruse scanner is the first of its type anywhere in the world. Being able to scan images and paintings from 48" wide up to 96" long has never existed before. Not only the size of the image, but the quality of the image is unheralded.

The image size, up to 2 gigabytes, allows for a resolution to be obtained whereby reproductions of stunning quality can be achieved. Although Giclee printers have done a tremendous job so far of being able to reproduce fine pieces of art, they are only as good as the image fed into them. By providing an image of superior quality that we are now able to produce, Giclee reproductions can be achieved that have never been seen before. Especially when combined with cutting edge developments in Giclee printers, reproductions of the highest quality are achievable.

Connecting with the Artist

Interart is a tool which allows a person whom is interested in art to become intimate with the thoughts, processes, and inspiration of the artist. It was discovered that the significant majority of people wanted to know what the artist had in mind (or heart and spirit) when they created the piece. It allows for a deeper understanding into the meaning of the piece and a further appreciation for it.

Also, many people expressed a desire to know about the artists' background and what led them to where they are today. Interart was created to facilitate this for the very first time. Utilizing the very best that technology can now provide, Interart allows those whom appreciate art to Interact with the artist in a multitude of ways including video, audio, and blogging.
