As soon as you complete your purchase at ArtdeSoul.com, your order is sent to our production facility, prepared for manufacture, and when completed, packaged with great care.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. Most products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special digital printing technologies, and generally shipped within a week. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused product, in original condition, for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

To return your items:

1. 1. Contact returns@ArtdeSoul.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
2. 2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
